Gennarino.org ringrazia tutti gli utenti che hanno dato fiducia al nostro progetto per quasi 20 anni, e che, grazie al grande lavoro fatto da tutto lo Staff (rigorosamente a titolo gratuito), hanno portato il forum a diventare uno dei principali punto di riferimento degli appassionati di cucina del web italiano.
Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

Avete tutto pronto per le pastiere?

volevo preparare la crema questa sera, e fare la pastiera domani ..
la crema pasticcera consistenza normale o + liquida?
dici " sbattere le 4 uova rimaste" cosa intendi esattamente? montarle?
la cottura a forno statico o ventilato, al primo livello dal basso del forno ?

La frolla (di Adriano) è pronta ed è in freezer, i canditi li devo preparare ma nel caso non riuscissi li ho già comprati, la ricotta (quella seria) l'ho presa ieri sera, le uova ci sono, il grano è stanco di aspettare in quel barattolo e gli altri ingredienti non mancano.
L'unica cosa che non ho trovato sono gli stampi e dovrò usare le teglie che ho oppure quelle usa e getta (anche se non mi convincono).
Domani sera o venerdì ci provo. Certo che se la pastiera la prepara una bergamasca per la prima volta e gli esperti con tradizioni familiari alle spalle passano..... :-o
