Gennarino.org ringrazia tutti gli utenti che hanno dato fiducia al nostro progetto per quasi 20 anni, e che, grazie al grande lavoro fatto da tutto lo Staff (rigorosamente a titolo gratuito), hanno portato il forum a diventare uno dei principali punto di riferimento degli appassionati di cucina del web italiano.
Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

la quiche è questa

ho cotto al dente 4 bei finocchi , con un po' di sale,li ho scolati bene e li ho messi in un tegame con una nociona di burro, 2 spicchi di aglio in camicia,sale ,pepe e ho fatto cuocere per 15 minuti, mescolando ogni tanto,ho tolto l'aglio, ho tagliato a strice i quarti di finocchio, non troppo sottili , le ho cosparse di parmigiano , ho messo dello speck sull pastasfoglia (qualche fettina) e ci ho messo sopra i finocchi.
ho fatto una besciamella con 250 gr di latte, 15 di burro, 25 di farina sale e noce moscata...l'ho versata sui finocchi, ho fatto la rete con la pasta rimasta , l'ho appoggiata facendola ben aderire ai bordi, ho spennellato con un po' di uovo sbattuto e ho cotto a 200° per 30 minuti....buonissima
