Gennarino.org ringrazia tutti gli utenti che hanno dato fiducia al nostro progetto per quasi 20 anni, e che, grazie al grande lavoro fatto da tutto lo Staff (rigorosamente a titolo gratuito), hanno portato il forum a diventare uno dei principali punto di riferimento degli appassionati di cucina del web italiano.
Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

Ho comprato la Mutti attirata da buone recensioni e neppure io l'ho trovata speciale.
Ma qual è, secondo voi una BUONA passata di pomodoro? Così evito di comprarne una di ogni marca e metterle a confronto... 8-)
Devo dire che, ultimamente, non amo più comprare le passate di pomodoro confezionate: se devo, uso pomodoro fresco, in inverno, evito il pomodoro.

Ah! Come erano belli i tempi in cui la passata la si faceva in casa, in estate per l'inverno, con i pomodori freschi!!! Oggi, ahime', che io sappia viene quasi tutta prodotta con i pomodori di scarto. A proposito di mutti, io conosco il concentrato di pomodoro e, secondo me, è pieno di colorante. :twisted:

Le ho provate davvero tutte le passate e la migliore in assoluto è la "Passata di pomodoro fresco"da agricoltura biologica della Alce nero.Non ci sono confronti.Costa un po' di più, ma ne vale la pena

Io uso la passata ed il concentrato della .
Fortunatamente ho un collega siciliano che ha contatti diretti con loro e tramite lui periodicamente ordino pomodoro (e tonno) buonissimo!
