Gennarino.org ringrazia tutti gli utenti che hanno dato fiducia al nostro progetto per quasi 20 anni, e che, grazie al grande lavoro fatto da tutto lo Staff (rigorosamente a titolo gratuito), hanno portato il forum a diventare uno dei principali punto di riferimento degli appassionati di cucina del web italiano.
Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

Burro d'Isigny (Beurre AOC Isigny)

E' un particolare burro prodotto nella città di Isigny Sainte-Mère, nella Bassa Normandia.
La regione della Normandia è famosa per la produzione di latte, e il burro di Isigny è uno dei prodotti caseari più famosi (assieme alla sorella crème fraîche d'Isigny e al più noto camembert).
Rimane cremoso (anzi, direi spumoso) e omogeneo anche appena tirato fuori dal frigorifero, la sua particolarità è l'ottima stabilità durante la cottura.
Viene prodotto sia dolce che salato.
Dal 1986 ha la denominazione AOC (la nostra DOC).
