ciao rossi, ho trovato un sito in inglese dove lo vendono (). danno le seguenti indicazioni (ti metto in grassetto quelle che riguardano la grossezza della farina)
Made of beautiful, solid Beech wood with an elegant and unusual shape. Surface treated with organic varnish.
Corund-ceramic millstone and insulation between motor and mill chamber prevents the flour from heating up, therefore preserving all the important heat sensitive vitamins and minerals
Strong, reliable motor
Easily adjustable wheel to choose between coarse and fine settings
Suitable for households with up to six people
Please note that this mill is suitable for grinding ALL grains, including corn, chickpeas, rice and pulses.
You can also grind small amounts of oily seeds (linseed, sesame) on a medium or a coarse setting, but it is advisable to clean the millstone afterwards by grinding dry rice.
The fineness of the flour can be adjusted with loosening the screw on the right hand side of the mill and turning the hopper. Changes from very fine flour to coarse grit.
Waldner mills can be opened up to check the millchamber without tools by just twisting the hopper, therefore the mill has a children's safeguard.
