Gennarino.org ringrazia tutti gli utenti che hanno dato fiducia al nostro progetto per quasi 20 anni, e che, grazie al grande lavoro fatto da tutto lo Staff (rigorosamente a titolo gratuito), hanno portato il forum a diventare uno dei principali punto di riferimento degli appassionati di cucina del web italiano.
Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

un modo diverso e veloce per cucinare del pollo, Alice ne va matta....
tagliandolo a tocchetti piccoli... lo si passa in un trito di pangrattato aromatizzato a piacere (misto di erbe aromatiche , aglio, sale e pepe) si infilano i tocchetti negli spiedini e li si cuoce in padella antiaderente, con pochissimo olio, si aggiustano di sale , 6/7 minuti per parte...e......gnam :eek:

Che ne dite di una cottura al forno? In padella con pochissimo olio ho paura che la panatura possa abbrustolire troppo. Almeno io non sono mai riuscita a cuocere preparazioni con panatura con un cucchiaino d'olio senza farle diventare a puntini neri.
Che ne pensate?

Effettivamente anche le fettine panate light io le faccio cuocere sotto al grill. Vanno controllate bene. Vada per il grill allora. Appena ho tempo calcolo e sposto.
