Gennarino.org ringrazia tutti gli utenti che hanno dato fiducia al nostro progetto per quasi 20 anni, e che, grazie al grande lavoro fatto da tutto lo Staff (rigorosamente a titolo gratuito), hanno portato il forum a diventare uno dei principali punto di riferimento degli appassionati di cucina del web italiano.
Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.
Domenica avrò a pranzo 10 persone e mi piacerebbe stupire non con le mie solite lasagne al ragù e besciamella ma facendo qualcosa di molto + leggero e cioé lasagne alle verdure. Ricordo di averle assaggiate in un ristorante...mi sembra ...anzi sono sicura che non c'era la besciamella ma semplicemente verdure e parmigiano.... Ero riuscita a rubare qualche consiglio al cameriere che mi aveva solo detto che erano verdurine appena scottate e alla fine aggiunta di pomodorini crudi a pezzettini. Però sono un po' scettica anche perché io uso la pasta fresca che tra l'altro non ho mai precotto ed é sempre uscita molto morbida, con il ragù e besciamella. Ma per la verdura....come devo procedere? Devo fare un brodino e annaffiare la pasta? Non so ... Help!! Grazie.
