Gennarino.org ringrazia tutti gli utenti che hanno dato fiducia al nostro progetto per quasi 20 anni, e che, grazie al grande lavoro fatto da tutto lo Staff (rigorosamente a titolo gratuito), hanno portato il forum a diventare uno dei principali punto di riferimento degli appassionati di cucina del web italiano.
Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

Bene. Finalmente mi è arrivato!!!

Per ora ci ho fatto solo il pane con il gancio da impasto.
Adesso mi piacerebbe capire come usarlo al meglio, magari gli esperti potranno raccontare e dare delle dritte, vero ? :)

Per esempio, dal quel che ho capito, si puo' usare la frusta a filo per impastare pan di spagna...

La frusta K si usa per gli impasti piu' morbidi, tipo la pasta frolla o l'impasto delle polpette...o la ciabatta di Jasonmolinari. Quella a filo per montare albumi, tuorli, panna (ma quest'ultima io preferisco ancora montarla con un semplice frullino con le fruste perchè col ken, se ti distrai un attimo, ti ritrovi subito il burro).

Mammamia che spettacolo!!! Mi chiedo come ho fatto fino ad ora.
