Gennarino.org ringrazia tutti gli utenti che hanno dato fiducia al nostro progetto per quasi 20 anni, e che, grazie al grande lavoro fatto da tutto lo Staff (rigorosamente a titolo gratuito), hanno portato il forum a diventare uno dei principali punto di riferimento degli appassionati di cucina del web italiano.
Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

ho provato questi ravioli ieri, a pranzo: ottimi!
mio marito ha detto: questi salvali!...particolare la consistenza della pasta cotta a vapore (fino ad ora con questo metodo avevo provato i ravioli tipo cinese, con la pasta fatta solo con farina e acqua), molto delicato il ripieno! grazie Sica! :D
Li ho conditi poco sughetto fatto con pomodorini freschi appena saltati in olio evo e cipolla e olive nere tritate.

Finalmente li ho fatti anch'io!
Veramente ottimi.

Alcuni li ho conditi col ragu' e ricotta forte, altri semplicemente col parmiggiano.
Hanno un sapore delicatissimo, quindi per la prossima volta li lascerei in bianco o burro e salvia o con l'emulsione di olive suggerita da Sica; il ragù li penalizza troppo.

Ecco le foto...a parte il piatto, il resto non è certo paragonabile all'arte e la maestria di Sica... :grin:
