Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

Salmone ed alici marinate

Le alici sono sfilettate, marinate nel succo di limone per circa 6 ore e tenute in frigo; sgocciolate e quindi condite con olio extra vo, un pizzico di sale di Cervia, prezzemolo tritato e peperoncino calabro.

Il salmone fresco è sfilettato e tagliato a trancetti sottili, marinato nel succo di limone per circa 12 ore e tenuto in frigo. Quindi si sgocciola e si condisce con olio extra vo, un pizzico di sale di Cervia (grassie Serena :) ), grani di pepe e cipollotto tagliato sottile.

A me non c'e' niente da fare, vengono mosce. Me le fai, quando vengo a luglio, cosi' vedo come sono? Io inizio a temere che siano le alici che trovo qua che non son buone...:(

stavo riguardando questa ricetta (rosanna mi ha messo a lavorare sulla nuova versione del sito 8-) ) e mi sono resa conto che manca un piccolo dettaglio: le alici vanno messe a marinare con la pelle in basso... maria, confermi? Intanto, ho la scusa per rimandare su... :grin:
