Gennarino.org ringrazia tutti gli utenti che hanno dato fiducia al nostro progetto per quasi 20 anni, e che, grazie al grande lavoro fatto da tutto lo Staff (rigorosamente a titolo gratuito), hanno portato il forum a diventare uno dei principali punto di riferimento degli appassionati di cucina del web italiano.
Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

In attesa di scaricare le foto buone, e sempre per cercare di imparare ad usare la condivisione da cell, un assaggio delle foto scattate al caseificio La Martignana di Modena. Dove sono andata in visita stamattina con l'addetto stampa del Consorzio Parmigiano reggiano. Abbiamo assistito alle diverse fasi della lavorazione e siamo stati a scoprire i marchi e i codici stampati sulle croste, sniffando l'aria piena di profumo di parmigiano. Dopo magari scrivero' qualcosa in più se interessa, e potrei pure farvi vedere le foto *vere. Che queste sono una chiavica, raccontano giusto un po' di atmosfera.
