In pentola, non avevo spazio sui fornelli, altri 'alambicchi' stavano brontolando ed obbligatoriamente la scelta é caduta sul forno.
Ho preso 'l'animale', l'ho pulito delle sue interiora ed ho preparato un composto di: mela, cipolla, salsiccia, chiodo di garofano e pepe in grani.
Sono andata a 'riempire' il cappone con il ripieno, l'ho chiuso con una piccola cucitura e l'ho dapprima fatto sfrigolare con burro, olio rosmarino sui fornelli (togliendo il lesso per una ventina di minuti ...) e poi l'ho messo in forno con 2 bicchieri di vino bianco (Carpené) con il quale di tanto in tanto andavo a bagnare il cappone; 1,5 ora a 160°... é venuto una bontà!



Non ho la foto da cotto :-) ho dimenticato di farla!
