300gr farina 0
200gr zucchero semolato
100 gr burro a temperatura ambiente
3 uova medie a temperatura ambiente
1 bustina di lievito non vanigliato
1/4 cucchiaino di sale
1 cucchiaio di estratto di vaniglia homemade
100 gr di canditi di arancia (i miei che sono morbidi)

Setacciare la farina con il lievito.
Mescolare le uova e lo zucchero con la frusta a mano per circa un minuto, poi aggiungere 
il burro morbido, la vaniglia e il sale continuando a mescolare.
Aggiungere poi la farina con il lievito a cucchiaiate incorporandola con una spatola.
L'impasto non dovrebbe avere bisogno di liquidi, ma essere giusto così.
Unire per ultimo i canditi e amalgamarli in maniera uniforme.
Io ho usato uno stampo rettangolare in silicone che comunque ho leggermente imburrato.
Ho cotto in forno ventilato a 180 gradi per 50 minuti, ma adeguare la cottura al proprio forno.

Ho fatto una foto alle ultime due fettine, se riesco la metto.
