1 uovo
40 ml olio evo
100 ml latticello
180 g farina di spelta
1 tsp lievito chimico
sale
una manciata di fichi secchi tagliati a piccoli pezzi
un po' di rosmarino tritato

Preparazione:
Accendere il forno a 180 °C (160 °C se ventilato). Imburrare e infarinare gli stampi da mini-cake.
Montare l'uovo con l'olio e il latticello, quindi aggiungere la farina, il lievito, i fichi, il rosmarino e il sale.
Appena la farina è stata assorbita (come per i muffin) dividere il composto tra gli stampi e mettere in forno. Io ho spolverizzato con un po' di fleur de sel. Cuocere per circa 30 minuti (fare la prova stecchino).

Praticamente si tratta di muffin salati a forma di plumcake. È molto buono per accompagnare dei formaggi, da solo non è che mi sia piaciuto.
