Il fatto è che comunque il sapore anche è quasi perso perchè il grano sardo che veniva usato per le farine non esiste più, le grandi olding che vendono io semi (sopratutto canadesi) hanno creato una sorta di mafia legalizzata che ha praticamente costretto gli agricoltori a perdere quelli originali......
Sigh!
