Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

Alla fine ho fatto così: riduzione di balsamico, un giro d'olio, due pomodorini confit con un ciuffetto di basilico, qualche grano di sale grosso.

A proposito Gic: 3 confezioni di sgombro As do Mar da 250 g, peso totale dopo una notte di sgocciolamento 530 g esatti! Complimenti per la precisione. Mentre preparavo mio marito mi girava intorno dicendo "occhio con lo sgombro, é molto intenso". E io gli ho risposto "mi fido dell'autore" :o :o :o

Riesumo questo post perchè (stavolta*) mi è piaciuto da impazzire, e non solo a me, merito probabilmente dello sgombro (ho usato as do mar, non ho trovato di meglio).
L'ho servito in monoporzioni, su una fettina di panbrioche

(*) Lo avevo provato con una marca di sgombro diversa, e non mi era piaciuto per il sapore troppo intenso di pesce non di buonissima qualità :-(
