ieri ho fatto dei panini seguendo l'impasto di questa ricetta

sono molto gustosi! :sad: ...

un pezzettino d'impasto l'ho messo in frigo e poco fa l'ho visto quadruplicato!!!!non avevo mai conservato impasti lievitati prima di ieri... :-(

posso farci qualcosa oppure è da buttare?

....l'ho osservato poco fa.. 8O incredibile è perfetto!è il + bell'impasto mai fatto!è proprio vero bisogna avere tantissima pazienza con i lievitati!d'ora in poi mi voglio impegnare e preparare per bene biga o lievitino...forse l'impasto diretto è meglio durante l'estate perchè lievita tutto in un' attimo!..però potrebbero venirmi al massimo 2 pagnotte...posso rilavorarlo e aggiungerci acqua e farina o creo un danno?già ne faccio :-P !!!

Puoi inserirlo in un impasto, evitando di superare il 30% sulla farina che aggiungerai.
