Facciamo la colomba?

Ciao a tutti

Quest'anno mi sono decisa e ho preparato la mia prima colomba!
Seguendo i consigli di Teresa di questo post (grazie Teresa)

ho ottenuto questo splendido risultato

Per le modifiche che ho apportato vi rimando al mio post:

Sappiate che la mia è al cioccolato, arance e mandorle.

Qualche considerazione:

Trovo il metodo di Massari molto più comodo per chi, come me, ha una planetaria che dopo un pò che lavora ti fa superare i 30° c all'impasto come niente!
Le indicazioni di Teresa sono precisissime.
La farina petra 1 (ho usato questa per la mia colomba) funziona alla grande!
