Panna Cotta al cioccolato

100 gr di cioccolato fondente 50 gr cioccolato bianco 6 dl di panna freschissima 1.5 dl di latte 80 gr di zucchero 1 bustina di vanillina 10 gr di gelatina in fogli
Mettere la gelatina ad ammorbidire in acqua fredda
tritare ilcioccolaro e metterlo in un pentolino con il latte la panna lo zucchero e la vanillinaportare a bollore mescolando.
togliere dal fuoco e aggiungere la gelatina strizzata,mescolare bene, riempire gli stampini e tenere infrigo per almeno 3/4 ore.

sformare e guarnire a piacere

p.s. secondo me ci vuole meno colla di pesce... :grin:
