calamari grigliati con crema di piselli

Non vi so dire le dosi perchè ho fatto tutto ad occhio.

Piselli
Scalogno
olio
3 calamari
un cucchiaio di crescenza
una fetta di pane
sale

Calcolate che prima ho preparato una di piselli per una persona (olio, trito di scalogno, e poi i piselli) e li ho fatti cuocere. Un pò prima di cena ho messo su la griglia a riscaldare. Intanto ho frullato i piselli con un pochino di crescenza, per fare una cremina morbida. Ho tostato le fette di pane e successivamente ho grigliato i calamari.
Ho messo sul piatto la crema, il pane bruscato con un filo d'olio e i calamari grigliati, ho aggiunto il sale e un filo d'olio e l'ho servito.
