Questa ricetta è facile e piace a tutti!!!

3 limoni non trattati
200g tonno sott'olio
40g capperi
150g ricotta
prezzemolo
succo di limone
sale e pepe

Tagliate la calotta ai limoni poi, con un cucchiaino svuotateli di tutta la polpa (spremetene un pò per ricavare un cucchiaio di succo).
Livellate bene la buccia all'interno.
Frullate il tonno coi capperi, la ricotta, il prezzemolo, il succo di limone, sale e pepe.
Suddividete il composto nei limoni, premendolo bene e mettete in frigo per 3 ore.
Al momento di servire tagliate i limoni a fette spesse.
