no, non cucinavo tanto prima, solo nei finesettimana, come adesso...ma nella scelta tra dolce e salato, ho sempre preferito il dolce
e sì sono, o meglio, ero, in sovrappeso, da quando ho tagliato lo zucchero (febbraio..sigh!) ho perso più di dieci chili, e fra un altro paio il peso sarà normale.
per ora mi è stato prescritto di tagliare in assoluto perchè stanno monitorando la reazione del mio corpo, per vedere se senza farmaci riesco comunque a regolare la risposta dell'insulina....ma mi auguro che non sarà così in eterno! se penso ai sette matrimoni di quest'anno con quei meravigliosi buffet di dolci... :cry:
