(Streusel in tedesco significa briciola e si pronuncia stròisel)

Ingredienti

per l' impasto

250 g farina
250 g burro
250 g zucchero
1 bustina di lievito chimico
5 uova (300 grammi)
sale

frutta:

1200 g di prugne (1130g snocciolate)
zucchero 150 grammi
cardamomo in polvere un cucchiaio raso

streusel:

250 g farina
150 g burro
150 g zucchero

Il procedimento.

Lavare le prugne e asciugarle, tagliarle a metà e snocciolarle, tagliarle a quarti, metterle in una terrina mescolandole con lo zucchero.

Preparare lo streusel con la tecnica del cuscus e metterlo in frigo

disporre le prugne nelle teglie, dopo averle ben scolate e insaporite con il cardamomo

Infornare a 180 gradi un' ora e mezza
