In una larga padella fate rosolare una bella cipolla affettata sottile,aggiungete qualche filetto di acciuga,una manciata di pinoli, e uva di corinto fate rosolare dolcemente.

aggiungere una bella manciata di mollica di pane,

spegnere il fuoco e aggiungere anche del pecorino grattugiato.

a questo punto avremo una bella mollica condita

i filetti di spatola sfilettati e puliti

Assembliamo il piatto:

in una pirofila da forno sistemare le fette di filetti e spolverare con il condimento facendo gli strati,

mettere in forno caldo per circa 10 15m. non di più

terminato la cottura in forno e preparato una bella spremuta di limone dove avremo aggiunto un bel cucchiaio di zucchero, lo versiamo uniformemente su tutto il tortino,gustare freddo a temp.ambiente!
