Ogni tanto compro il daikon e, a piccole dosi, mi piace nelle insalate... ma la radice è sempre troppo grossa e al massimo lo infilo in qualche zuppa, è un peccato.

Insalata di daikon e carota


Ingredienti per 4-6 persone
20cm di daikon(metà daikon),1 di carota, 1/2c di sale, 3C di porro pezzettini,1c di aglio pezzettini, 1+1/3C di brodo di pollo o verdura (brodo granulare), 2C di aceto bianco,2c di zicchero, sale,2C d’olio di sesamo,semi di sesamo schiacciati
“C” significa cucchiaio,15cc, “c” è cucchiaino,5cc,

Preparazione
1.Sbucciate il daikon, tagliatelo a strisce di 6 cm. Tagliate la carota come il daikon.
2.Mettete il daikon e la carota nella ciotola,mescolateli aggiungendo il sale,riposate il tutto per un quarto d’ora ,togliete l’acqua che si forma.(si strizza con le mani)
3.Mescolate il daikon, la carota, il porro e l’aglio nella ciotola, aggiungete il brodo,l’ aceto, lo zucchero, il sale, l’olio di sesamo. Mettete i semi di sesamo in abbondanza.
