E ora la ricetta:

Ingredienti:
-500 gr. Farina di castagne
-acqua e latte q.b.
-250 gr. Uvetta sultanina ammollata in liquore
-2 bustine di lievito per dolci

--------------------------------------------------------

Procedimento:
_Versare la farina di castagne in una ciotola capiente, poi unire piano piano latte e acqua (metà e metà) in modo da ottenere un impasto piuttosto fluido, mescolando bene per sciogliere i grumi.
_Una volta stemperato l’impasto, unire uvetta ammollata e infine il lievito.
_Trasferire l’impasto nella pentola-fornetto (cm. 26) e cuocere a fuoco moderato sul fornello per 25 minuti.
