Ingredienti:

-400 g. farina 00
-200 g. zucchero semolato
-6 uova grandi
-1 bicchiere olio di semi di girasole
-la scorza grattugiata di un limone
-1 bustina di vanillina
-1 bustina di lievito per dolci
-zucchero semolato per la crosticina
-uva fragola q.b.
-----------------------------------------------------

Procedimento

Montare con un frullino le uova con lo zucchero, unire la scorza di limone e la vanillina, l’olio e la farina setacciata dall’alto verso il basso.
Unire il lievito per dolci e per ultimi i chicchi d’uva lavati e asciugati.
Cospargere la superficie con lo zucchero semolato a pioggia.
Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180 °C per circa un’ora. (Teglia quadrata 21×26cm)
