600 g di farina 6 uova 400 g di zucchero 250 g di burro 2 bustine di lievito chimico 1 arancia grattugiata 1 limone grattugiato 1 arancia spremuta 200 g di prugne della california 1 bicchiere di latte.
preparazione: sciogliete a bagnomaria il burro. Rompete le uova in una ciotola e sbattetele con lo zucchero, il limone e l'arancia grattugiati. Spremere l'arancia e versarla dentro , il burro fuso, 1/2 bicchiere del latte, aggiungere la farina e le bustine di lievito sciolte nel mezzo bicchiere di latte le prugne tagliate a pezzetti, amalgamare bene il tutto e mettere in forno caldo a 170°C x 50-60 mn.
