Verdure:
2 patate
1/2 verza piccola
2 carote
1 gamba di sedano
cavolfiore
lattuga
2 spicchi d'aglio
1 cipolla
prezzemolo

pancetta a dadini
olio evo
sale e pepe

Fare un buon soffritto con olio aglio cipolla e pancetta, e successivamente aggiungervi le verdure tagliuzzate:



allungare con del brodo, salare e far cuocere in pentola a pressione ca 30 min.


cotte le verdure, ho aggiunto in ultimo 6 pugni di riso, ho fatto cuocere altri 10 min. ed ho spento il fuoco.

una bella grattuggiata di grana e servito in tavola! (il mio piccolino nonostante le proteste ha fatto il bis :P )
