Questa e una ricetta leggere e molto gustosa che mi piace fare nei giorni caldi di State (scusate il mio Italiano)

Torta Di Ricotta ai frutti di Bosco


1 Kg di Ricotta
220 gr di zucchero
vaniglia
45 gr di farina
6 uova
scorse di 1 arancia
scorse di 2 limoni

per guarnire:
1 tazza di lamponi
1 tazza di mirtilli
1 tazza di fragole
zucchero al gusto
1 cucchiaio fi aceto balsamico

Mescolare le frutte col zucchero e l'aceto balsamico. Lasciate rafreddare.

Preriscaldi il forno a 350 gradi F (150 gradi C). Mescolare d'aparte la ricotta insieme con lo zucchero, le scorse e la farina. Incorporare le uova ad a bassa velocità, 1 alla volta. incorporare la vaniglia e il sale. Versare il impasto in una tortiera (9 inches). Cuociere nel centro del forno per circa 1 ora e 1/4, fino ad un colore dorato chiaro. Lasciare rafreddare per circa 1 ora. Si affonderà un po'come si raffredda. Per servire, tagliare delle fette sottili di torta e incorporare delle frutte di bosco sopra.
