140 gr farina di nocciole
140 gr zucchero a velo
pizzico di sale
ca. 36 mandorle sbucciate intere
1 uovo sbattuto per pennellare i baci

Ammorbidire il burro con il cioccolato e mescolare bene.
Mescolare la farina di nocciole, lo zucchero a velo ed il sale; aggiungere il miscuglio di burro-e-cioccolato.
Amalgamare bene il tutto e metterlo al frigo finché non diventa lavorabile-
Formare i baci: sono piccole palline, a me sono venute 36, distribuirli sul foglio di carta da forno nella teglia; aggiungere una mandorla sbucciata intera a ciascun bacio e pennelare i baci con del uovo sbattuto.

Preriscaldare il forno a 80°- 100° C, comunque a bassissima temperatura.
Infornare la teglia per farli esiccare piuttosto che cuocere, per un sacco di tempo, anche due ore o più.
Sistemare i baci in una scatola di metallo su carta di cucina e conservarli fino a Natale.
