Il risultato è molto particolare (no, non come quelle amiche che sono "molto simpatiche", il sapore è buono ma inaspettato) e secondo me anche migliorabile (aspetto quindi consigli).
Rispetto all'originale ho sostituito lo zucchero con del miele di fiori d'arancio (che mi sembra molto meglio come sapore in un piatto agrodolce, e poi lo sapete come la penso sullo zucchero di barbabietola).
L'unico problema è che, a freddo, il burro tende ad addensarsi tipo brodo perchè, ovviamente, non si mischia con il resto della bagna acquosa, anche se, appunto, non è che bisogna mangiarlo freddo (a meno che di non fare fotografie nel mezzo della notte come me che poi tocca mettere in frigo la roba).
Però è una cosa che mi disturba...

Cmq ecco qua la ricetta:

Ingredienti per circa 4 persone: 600 gr. di ravanelli, 50 gr. di burro, 2 cucchiai di miele, 20 cl. di aceto balsamico, prezzemolo.

Preparazione: tagliate le foglie verdi dai ravanelli e lavateli pulendoli da ogni residuo di terra, fateli quindi sbollentare per circa 5 minuti in acqua salata. Nel mentre scaldate il burro in un tegame e aggiungete il miele. Versate dentro i ravanelli e fateli rosolare per circa 5 minuti, dopodichè aggiungete l'aceto e copriteli di acqua. Fate cuocere col coperchio sul tegame a fuoco lento per circa 10 minuti. Tolti dal fuoco serviteli su un piatto guarniti con del prezzemolo tritato.
