Nel caso del ragù, che ho provato a fare solo una volta a pressione (e mai più lo farò), dopo bisogna far continuare a cuocere a pentola scoperta altrimenti è un brodo di ragù e trovo che i sapori non riescano ad amalgamarsi bene. E a me non piace. Però è questione di gusti. C'è a chi il ragù piace brodoso 8O e a chi, come me, denso e unto :grin:

ingredienti

500 g di carne macinata
1 carota
1 gambo sedano
2 cipolle
mazzetto prezzemolo
1k pomodoro (passata)
sale q.b
olio q.b
Ho tritato finemente tutti gli odori, ho aggiunto la carne macinata ed ho fatto rosolare con un po d'olio.
Quindi ho aggiunto il pomodoro, il sale, ed ho chiuso il coperchio.

Dopo circa 30 minuti apro la pentola e controllo che il sugo non attacchi.
Dopo meno di un'ora il sugo è pronto per essere utilizzato.
