]]> 2008-11-08T20:28:29+02:00 2008-11-08T20:28:29+02:00 http://www.gennarino.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=14003&p=150469#p150469 <![CDATA[Sformato di cavolfiori]]> Qui in sicilia il cavolfiore rappresenta un ortaggio versatile: "affogato", dentro la "schiacciata", fatto al forno con la pasta... questa versione veloce e gustosa l'ho inventata io e visto che siamo in piena stagione vi propopongo la ricetta:

SFORMATO DI CAVOLFIORI

Pulire e divideri in ciuffetti il cavolfiore.
Lessarlo in acqua salata fin quando sia ben cotto.

Scolarlo bene e trasferitelo in una ciotola.
Schiacciare con una forchetta e unire 1 o 2 uova, pangrattato, parmigiano o pecorino, pepe nero, sale, cipollina fresca affettata finemente.
Imburrare una teglia e mettere uno strato dell'impasto.
Coprire con prosciutto cotto, mozzarella o formaggio a pasta filata.

Coprire con il rimanente cavolfiore, cospargere con pangrattato, parmigiano, fiocchetti di burro e lasciare in forno preriscaldato per circa 15/20 minuti.
