pero' certo non ci sono volute 4 ore 8-)
ho usato il doppio come quantita' e ho fatto due pani
ho iniziato a impastare alle 8 circa
alle 8.30 circa ho messo a lievitare
verso le 12.30 ho fatto un paio di pieghe perche' avevo idratato troppo (inizialmente era mooooolto dura e avevo aggiunto giusto un 60 cc di acqua: non l'avessi mai fatto!)
ho penato un po'...
ho dovuto rigirarlo parecchio...
cresceva ma si appiattiva invece che sollevarsi...
penavo...
allora ho preso due contenitori in pirex e ho infilato le due paste la' dentro: ciaft!
e ha iniziato a salire che era una bellezza!
alle 17.30 circa ha raggiunto il suo massimo splendore e cosi' ho tirato fuori i dolci, ho alzato la temperatura come da ricetta e proseguito...
si sono cotti in piu' di 1 ora (scusate non ho verificato esattamente quanto, ma sono sicura che era di piu').
Fatto sta che, nonostante qualche paturnia (dovuta a mia sviste, si intende... ma oggi e' stata una giornata terrificante...e non sto qui a raccontarvelo) alla fine sono soddisfatta del risultato ottenuto.
Come prima volta non e' male ;)

Non è molto idratato infatti, ma la differenza con quello di Adriano è sostanzialmente quella, a parte il sistema di lievitazione e la formatura.

La foto che ho messo è poco visibile, vista anche la bandiera italiana :grin: ne metto una più leggibile.
