Ingredienti:

Alici

mozzarella o scamorza di bufala

2 fette di pane caseccio

pane grattato

scorza di limone grattata

prezzemolo

uova

farina

olio d'oliva per friggere



preparazione:

pulire e diliscare le alici, aprirle a filetto.

Nel mixer frullare pane casereccio e prezzemolo, aggiungere il pangrattato e la scorza di limone grattato.

Prendere un filetto di alice, adagiarvi sopra una fettina di mozzarella quindi chiudere con un altro filetto di alice, passare prima nella farina poi nell 'uovo battuto quindi nel trito di pane grattato ecc,

E' preferibile prepararli un po' prima e tenerli in frigo per un po' prima di friggerli.

Friggere in abbondante olio d'oliva.



ps. posso essere anche racchiuse in una foglia di limone(fermata con uno stecchino) e fritte, sono ancora piu' profumate
