La differenza di calorie rimuovendo la pelle e' minima (una decina o poco piu')

200g coscio di faraona
150g Cipolline fresche
2 bicchieri d'acqua
1 bicchiere di aceto di mele
3 cucchiaini di zucchero (15g)
3 pizzichi di sale

Cipolline fresche, messe in pentola con 2 bicchieri d'acqua, 1 bicchiere di aceto di mele, 15 gr di zucchero e 3 pizzichi di sale.
Coprire e lasciare sul fuoco almeno 2 ore, devono 'appassire' ben bene.

Nel frattempo prendere la faraona in pezzi, mettere in padella antiaderente con rosmarino e senza olio, basterò il grasso rilasciato dalla pelle, lasciarla rosolare lentamente in ogni sua parte ed innaffiarla con il 'brodo agrodolce' delle cipolline; portarla a cottura e servire con cipolline di contorno. :D
