70 g spaghettini
50 g filetti branzino senza pelle
80 g pomodorini datterini
1 scalogno
1 cucchiaio vino bianco secco
1 bustinae zafferano
basilico qb
2 cucchiaini d'olio EVO
sale
pepe bianco

tagliare a fettine sottili lo scalogno, i pomodorini a metà e il branzino a pezzettini.
mettere nell'acqua per la pasta una bustina di zafferano.
rosolare lo scalogno per 2'


unire pomodori e pesce e cuocere altri 2'.


irrorare col vino e lasciare evaporare, salare, pepare


e unire la seconda bustina di zafferano sciolto in poca acqua bollente


tirare il sugo
quando gli spaghetti sono cotti mantecarli un minuto nella salsa (occhio alla cottura) e unire il basilico tritato.
