Scusate le grandi dimensioni, ma sono molto, molto soddisfatta del risultato: Sonia e i suoi amici sono rimasti estasiati!
Ho copiato la torta dal sito di MariaLetizia, è la mia prima torta con una decorazione così elaborata, ed anche la prima volta che utilizzo la pasta di zucchero: è stata una faticaccia (diciamo che non sono portata per le "arti plastiche") ma sono molto contenta.
I colori nella foto sono venuti un po' falsati: l'acqua era azzurra e le decorazioni al bordo della piscina celesti, anche se sembra tutto verde.
E' un pds farcito con la solita crema con latte, zucchero ed amido, anch'essa colorata di celeste. L'acqua (versata su uno strato sottile di panna) è preparata con acqua, zucchero, amido di mais e colorante.
Un anno fa non mi sarei neanche sognata di preparare una torta così... grazie gennarino e grazie MariaLetizia!
