Non ho mai postato una ricetta di presentazione, e oggi finalmente ci riesco. La ricetta è presa dal quotidiano locale (che ogni lunedì pubblica ricette semplici, spesso liguri). Sono semplicissimi biscottini profumati all'anice.

ANICINI
Ingredienti
250 g di farina
200 g di zucchero
4 uova intere e 2 tuorli
1/2 bustina di lievito in polvere
2 bicchierini di sambuca
burro q.b. per imburrare lo stampo
Preriscaldare il forno a 200°.
Imburrare e infarinare uno stampo rettangolare tipo plum cake. In una terrina sbattere molto bene uova, tuorli e zucchero (io ho montato il tutto). Aggiungere farina, lievito e liquore. Versare il composto nello stampo, infornare e cuocere per 20/30 minuti (così dice - io ho tolto quando era dorato). Sformare, lasciar intiepidire, quindi tagliarlo a fette, tipo fette biscottate, e rimettere in forno per qualche minuto, in modo che si coloriscano da entrambe le parti. Conservare in una scatola di latta.

Nota mia: pensando di far meglio, ho utilizzato liquore di anice invece della sambuca. poi, siccome mi sembrava che l'impasto non fosse abbastanza profumato, ho aggiunto alcuni semi di anice pestati. alla fine però il biscotto risultava non troppo aromatico, comunque meno di quelli che si comprano.
