Io ho seguito le indicazioni della ricetta, ma adattandola un po' ai gusti di casa/dei commensali. Ho omesso l'aceto, aumentato un po' il pomodoro (ma l'ho fatto arrostire per molto tempo). Ho messo due peperoncini freschi senza semi e placenta, ed era molto poco piccante. Avevo del sale affumicato, quindi ho usato quello (avevo anche del sale al chipotle, lo provo la prossima volta).
A me l'ajvar è l'unica salsa che piace con la carne grigliata, quindi sapevo già che mi sarebbe piaciuta. Ma ha riscosso molto successo in famiglia, tanto che è stata fatta la scarpetta anche al pentolino dove l'avevo cotta :grin:
