Bignè tondi, ugual peso di crema pasticciera e panna montata (se hai una planetaria, mescola la crema a media velocità per pochi secondi, aggiungi la panna liquida freddissima e monta alla massima velocità).
Il segreto è la salsa, deve essere piuttosto liquida, ma velante. Questa è da urlo: Fai bollire 90 gr d'acqua con 30 gr di burro, fuori dal fuoco aggiungi 150 gr di cioccolato tritato, copri e fai riposare qualche minuto. Mescola con una frusta, aggiungi 2 cucchiai di gran marnier o cointreau e lascia raffreddare.
