Con questo procedimento ho letto di zucchero alla:
arancia/limone: prelevare da arance o limoni non trattati zeste (scorze senza il bianco);
vaniglia: un bacello diviso in due per il lungo;
cannella: con stessa di cannella;
chiodi di garofano;
anice stellato: 1 o due semi;
rosmarino/lavanda: rametti;

e riporle nel vasetto con lo zucchero, il cui peso mi pare venisse dato in 1 kg.

Mi sono copia-incollata le ricette su un file word, ma non preso i riferimenti di siti e/o persone che ne hanno dato la ricetta e non so se posso metterle senza questi riferimeti.... :shock:

se mi date un indicazione posso riportarle...
