ho rivestito una teglia con una sfoglia di pasta fatta con farina, un cucchiaio di strutto e acqua q.b., sale.
ho affettato le zucchine, le ho disposte a raggera ,

ho spolverizzato con un tritto di prezzemolo aglio peperoncino, abbondante cipolla, ho coperto con delle fette di formaggio (quello che avevo disponibile), una'altro giro di zucchine,

ho battuto un uovo e l'ho rovesciato sopra le zucchine.

ho coperto con un'altra sfoglia sottile.

messo nel fornetto portato ad alta temperatura e man mano che si accendeva la spia della resistenza superiore abbassavo la temperatura (questo per evitare che la esistenza bruciasse la parte superiore)
è bastata una distrazione per "rovinare" l'estetica del tortino.
