ho impastato 500 gr di farina
questa:

con 320 gr d'acqua dove ho fatto sciogliere un cucchiaino raso di lievito secco e mezzo cucchiaino di zucchero più due cucchiai da tavola di olio evo
ho fatto impastare 10 min con la macchina del pane poi ho riavviato aggiungendo il sale
ho fatto lievitare per quasi 4 ore nella macchina spenta poi ho messo la pasta su della carta da forno l'ho allungata un pò con le mani e infarinata per bene
altre due ore (circa di lievitazione)
ho trasferito la pasta nella pentola e acceso il fornello medio per 3 min a fiamma media poi al minimo
cottura circa un'ora
questo è il risultato
