Sanno già così di poco che mi sembra sempre di mangiare altro.

Una semplice tempura, e poca, tale da ricoprire appena il fiore, secondo me, rimane il modo migliore.

30 fiori di zucca
100 gr di farina
100 ml birra
1 albume
olio per friggere
sale, pepe

PROCEDIMENTO
Pulite i fiori di zucca, lavateli e asciugateli.
Mettete la farina in una terrina, diluitela con la birra, unitevi l'albume montato a neve e un pizzico di sale e di pepe. Mescolate fino ad avere una pastella liscia ed omogenea.
Immergete in questa pastella i fiori di zucca e mescolate velocemente. Friggete il composto dosandolo con un cucchiaio da tavola (una cucchiaiata=una frittella) in olio fondo ben caldo.
Una vola scolate le frittelle, asciugarle su un foglio di carta assorbente e salarle. Servirle calde

Stretta la foglia,
larga la via,
dite la vostra
che ho detto la mia!!! :grin:
