Non lo farei però, con gli scampi surgelati.

ho cercato ti togliere il filettino nero (il budello giusto?) ma alle volte si spezzava quindi ho tagliato a metà per il lato lungo e pulito bene.
Ora la domanda è: in alcune preparazioni gli scampi vengono utilizzati interi, allora li il filettino lo si lascia? E poi una volta nel piatto come si fa a toglierlo? Ce lo mangiamo?
Alcuni dicono che la testa di gamberi e scampi è la parte più saporita quindi ho fatto male a buttarla?
Purtroppo ho comprato degli scampi surgelati e non tutti avevano un'aria bella quindi è anche per questo che ho scartato un bel po' di prodotto, so che il pesce surgelato per alcuni è un eresia ma la mia pescheria di fiducia è chiusa per ferie e gli scampi costano circa 40-50€ la kg.
Vi sembra un prezzo elevato?
