Togliere la pelle alle sovracosce, lavarle e asciugarle, metterle in una ciotola con il succo di un limone, un cucchiaino di zucchero di canna, 1 cucchiaio di olio,rosmarino, aglio, sale e pepe.
Coprire con pellicola e farli marinare in frigo per almeno 6 ore girandole 1 volta o 2.
Passato il tempo sgocciolare i pezzi dalla marinata (conservatela), rosolateli in padella senza aggiungere altri grassi. Bagnate con la marinata mescolata a 200cl di vino bianco lasciate cuocere per 40minuti o finchè sono cotti, servite il pollo con il suo sughetto decorando con rosmarino e rotelle di limone.
Accompagnate 1) con 50 gr. di pane e verdura cruda o cotta usando il restante cucchiaio d'olio consentito
Oppure 2) un piatto di pasta al pomodoro usando il cucchiaio d'olio.
terminate con la frutta
