]]> 2006-06-04T17:12:44+02:00 2006-06-04T17:12:44+02:00 http://www.gennarino.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6228&p=51179#p51179 <![CDATA[Il mio cestino del pane si è arricchito....]]> Il mio cestino del pane è sempre stato ricco di pani diversi....alle patate, alle olive, alle erbe, al pomodoro, alle cipolle......Questa settimana ho voluto provare la ricetta dei panini di pasta sfogliata dell'Harris bar inserita, se non erro, da Sereme. Avevo già sperimentato una pasta del genere, ma il pane ottenuto non mi soddisfaceva...troppo pesante, latte nel primo impasto e una quantità maggiore di burro nella sfogliatura....troppo stucchevole per un cestino di pane al ristorante...... :-D :-D
La ricetta invece di Sereme permette di ottenere deliziosi bocconcini sfogliati e leggerissimi!!!! Alcuni li ho arricchiti con pepe e pecorino, altri con una spolverata di paprika dolce......
....Mi sa che da domani devo aumentare la produzione di pasta sfogliata!!!!
Per intanto ho provato ad abbatterne un pò prima della lievitazione.....domani provo a scongelarli per vedere come vengono..... :-)
