(grazie ai consigli dil forum e a Julia Child) e venuta buonissima

Ho fatto la " marinade" di Julia Child mescolando tutti questi ingredienti:
2 denti di aglio
sale
2 cucchiaio Dijon Mustard
1 cucchiaio salsa di soya
rosmarino
2 cucchiaio di sugo di limone
1 bicchiere di olio di oliva

legare la coscia sensa osso, lavare col acqua corrente per levare il sangue e dopo asciugarla. Massagiare la carne colla marinade e lasciare nel frigo per una notte. Portare la carne a temperatura ambiente (5 ore circa). dorare la carne nel " broiler" (220 C) per 10 minuti in ogni lato. Il forno adesso va a 200 (sensa la funzione broiler) cucinare la carne in una teglia con le patate, cipolle, aglio, olio di oliva, sale e pepe (25 minuti per 1,5 Kg di carne). A meta cottura versare un po di vino e girare la carne). Ho cucinato la carne finche la temperatura interna era 70 C.
